Create and manage traditional and contemporary exhibit opportunities for artist of all mediums.  Provide artist guidance with publicity, portfolio design, exhibit management and all round mentoring to challenge them selves.

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Georgia.  Develop instructional programs and teach computer applications that meet the U.S. Army’s ever changing environment.  Demanding arena requires diversity and flexibility to ensure the customer’s needs are met.

Contemporary Artist Alliance (non-profit organization), Georgia.  Acting president and activities director.   Association’s mission is to provide artists and the community with unique opportunities for showing and viewing art.

Renditions Studios, Georgia.  Develop and provide art instruction in various mediums, emphasizing technique and material exploration in an environment that fosters creativity.

Newnan Hospital, Georgia.  Counseled and mentored hospital employees in operational effectiveness.  Developed databases and quality control tools that enhanced their job performance.  Demonstrated new products and trained personnel at the synthesis level of learning, resulting in confident, independent employees.

Gulf Breeze Recreation Center, Florida.  Developed activities for children between the ages 5 and 13.  Worked within extremely limited budget but never over-extended available resources.  Commended for program originality and received rave reviews from parents and peers.

Gulf Breeze Art Associations, Florida.  Served as Vice-President.  Synchronized the activities of local artists and scheduled activities for the demonstration of their talents.  Coordinator for the Gulf Breeze Annual Arts Festival.

U.S. Air Force, Florida.  Performed program evaluations, managed collegiate criteria, and assessed records.  Preserved school’s accreditation with the Community College of the Air Force, as well as the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Directed all training activities to include classrooms, instruction, quotas, and special teams; maintained a 99 percent utilization rate.  Scheduling program eliminated misuse of resources.  Developed a quality control program to enhance communications and foster process ownership.
